What we collect

Account data: your email address and password (stored encrypted), and your name if you provide it.
Business data: everything you enter while working through the steps and tools, such as your offer, prices, markets, quotes, prospects and notes.
Purchase data: the amount, currency, date and payment reference of your purchase. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our systems.
Technical data: basic information needed to run and secure the service.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, to save your progress, to give access to the paid product, to send account and purchase emails, and to comply with accounting obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract with you (providing the product), your consent where required, and legal obligations for payment records.

Who processes data for us

Our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, and our email delivery provider. They only process data to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Account and business data are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD). To exercise a right, contact the seller at raphaelhoetzel@gmail.com.
