The Private Chef Business Starter Guide is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once access has been granted.

The example business page and the pricing calculator are open to everyone without an account, so you can see how the system works before you buy.
When we refund
If the product does not work as described, if you were charged twice, or if you bought by mistake and have not used the paid content, contact us and we will refund the payment.
How to request one
Send an email from the address on your account with the payment date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. A refund revokes access to the paid content.
