What you are buying

The Private Chef Business Builder is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, for €49 — One-time payment. Access is permanent and granted to the account used at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has started with your agreement. By completing the purchase and unlocking access, you agree to immediate delivery and accept that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once access has been granted.

When we refund

If access was never delivered, if you were charged twice, or if there is a technical fault we cannot resolve, contact the seller and the payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds and access

When a payment is refunded or reversed, access to the paid content is removed automatically.

How to request a refund

Write to the seller at raphaelhoetzel@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and the payment reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
